PM30003V-0405, with Built-in MCU, Driver, and MOSFET
The PM30003V-0405 is a highly integrated motor control device designed to simplify BLDC system design, serving as a motor driver for three-phase BLDC (brushless DC) motors by combining the MCU, gate driver, and MOSFETs into a single compact solution. This integration helps reduce component count, improve system performance, and streamline system layout.
The device features an ARM® Cortex®-M0 MCU operating up to 48 MHz, with 16 KB Flash and 4 KB SRAM, providing the processing capability required for motor control applications. It also includes communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, and I²C for flexible system connectivity.
For compact BLDC motor drive, the PM30003V-0405 integrates a three-phase gate driver and three half-bridge P+N MOSFET stages, simplifying hardware design while enabling reliable motor control. Built-in protection features, including undervoltage lockout, pass-through prevention, and dead-time control, help ensure stable operation.
Additional integrated resources such as a 12-bit 1 MSPS ADC, operational amplifiers, PWM timers, and a 5 V LDO allow designers to build compact motor control systems with minimal external components. With an operating voltage range of 7 V to 24 V and a temperature range of −40 °C to +105 °C, the PM30003V-0405 is well suited for a wide range of motor-driven applications.
