Product Introduction

PM39331 provides all circuitry for sensorless speed control of three-phase brushless DC motors. The use of a sinusoidal drive method reduces noise. Controller functions include a startup circuit, back-EMF commutation control, pulse-width modulation (PWM) speed control, lock protection, and overtemperature shutdown circuitry, among others. The PM39331 is suitable for game consoles and CPU coolers.
