Product Introduction

The PJ13470 is a high efficiency synchronous monolithic step-down switching regulator with integrated internal high-side and low-side MOSFETs. It provides up to 6A output current with peak current mode control for fast loop response. The PJ13470 is specifically designed for minimal EMI. The device incorporates low-EMI FCQFN package featuring low switch node ringing. The switching frequency can be set or synchronized between 200 kHz and 1 MHz to avoid noise sensitive frequency bands.


The PJ13470 operates over a wide input voltage range from 3.0V to 36V with only 5μA ultralow quiescent current at the application from 12VIN to 3.3VOUT. It is ideal for automotive input environments and battery power system due to its extremely low quiescent current. Standard features include thermal shutdown, UVLO, enable (EN) control and power good (PG) indicator.


During the overload or output short circuit, the cycle by cycle current limit and hiccup protection are provided. Thermal shutdown provides reliable and fault-tolerant operation.
