By configuring the Flash controller registers, interrupt vectors can be remapped within the 16 KBytes space. It has a built-in 3-way half-bridge P+N type MOS, which supports a lower RDS(ON) . It operates within a temperature range of -40°C~+105°C and a supply voltage of 7V~24 V, which can meet the requirements of most application environments.
