Product Introduction

The PJ30099 is a synchronous step-up DC-DC converter, which integrated 280mΩ N-channel MOSFET switch and 360mΩ synchronous rectifier P-Channel MOSFET to provide a high efficiency solution at nearly 95%. The PJ30099 is based on a peak-current control which provides a power-supply solution for products powered by either a single-cell, two-cell, or three-cell alkaline, NiCd or NiMH, or one-cell Li-Ion or Li-polymer battery such as input voltage at 0.75V.


The output voltage of the converter can be adjusted by an external resistor divider from 1.8V to 5V. It is available in a space-saving SOT23-6 package.
