The PM10025A microcontrollers incorporate the high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M0 32-bit RISC core at 48Mhz frequency, embedded 32 Kbyte Flash and 4 Kbyte SRAM. PM10025 microcontrollers is suitable for applications such as square wave drive control of bldc motor applications.
